It's surprisingly difficult to write about ones self, so I've decided just to post a brief resume of my coaching/teaching/baseball experience for you to look at if you are interested: Coach Bellantoni's resume as web page OR Coach Bellantoni's resume as Word Document (reads better) As of now I have no staff. It's just me and I plan on keeping it that way for a while. I had a solid plan to provide different lesson rates for different instructors based upon their ability and years of experience. It seems though that everyone who ever played the game wants to be at the top end of the pay scale even if they have no experience teaching, troubleshooting, or working with kids. I won't charge a customer the same $100/hour rate for a proven instructor with many years of experience and a new instructor with no experience. Look at some other academies and see if they offer different rates for different levels of instructors. If not, ask yourself, 'are all the instructors at the same level?'
